Construction management fee schedule:Services can commence and finish at any part of the project. For example; Jens will manage your project to "lock up" at which time you take over. Consultation can also be provided at various stages of your project. Management fees are based on a flat rate or a percentage basis, depending on the scope of the project and the involvement of the management service. Important Information:Any and all savings from project bids are passed directly back to the owner. Cost variances are approved by the owner before the work commences. Support and consultation is provided at no charge when you purchase your home package from lets-build.com Management services are still available to you should you require them at a contract rate. |
